If you are running your system on a Network, it is advised that you check
with your Network Administrator before attempting to connect your computer
system to the Internet.
This site will attempt to provide detailed support information and
downloads for the operating systems listed below. It will also contain
information in regards to certain software packages, such as web browsers
and email clients.
At the Support Desk, we provide detailed information for the connection of
Windows95/98 systems. We provide some support for Macintosh & WindowsNT4
systems. Due to the fact that Windows 3.1x is an outdated operating
system, we don't support this at the Support Desk whatsoever.
If you need assistance from support, you can email them at support@fl.net.au or call (02) 9518
6800 and dial extension 205 to talk to an operator. We ask that when
you send email to us, that you provide the following details:
- The dialup number you are using
- Your operating system
- Your browser type and version
- Your modem brand and type (if relevant to your query)
- Dates and times of your problem (if relevant)
Support Desk hours are between 9:00am and 5:00pm, and after hours from
5:00pm up till
11:00pm of an evening. Support is provided on weekends. To obtain
after hours and weekend support, you need to leave your name and telephone number on the voice mail and a
suitable time as to when you can be contacted on this number.
