My modem dials First Link, but my username and password
keeps getting rejected?
If you dial up First Link and find that your username and password is
continually being rejected by our servers, then you should check to ensure
that you are using the correct username and password, as well as check to
ensure you are using lower case characters for both the username and
password.
If this still doesn't work, you may wish to contact our accounts department to ensure that
your account is up to date.
If your account is up to date, then you should contact support for further information.
