Open up Internet Explorer 5.0, select Tools from the menu bar and select Internet Options. Click on the Connections tab.

Under the Dial-up settings you should have First Link. Click on this and then select the settings button slightly to the right.

This will pop up a screen where you can enter in the automatic proxy configuration URL. Ensure you have Use automatic configuration script ticked and enter in http://www.fl.net.au/confproxy.pac in the space provided and click OK. ( see screen shot as below )
