To begin the setup wizard, you will need to open Outlook Express 5.0 by either double clicking on the icon on your desktop, or by going to the start menu and selecting programs and then clicking on Outlook Express. Once you have done this, you will need to click on the Tools menu and select Accounts, then click on the Mail tab and choose Add -> Mail to get it going. You will then be prompted with a box similiar to the below.
Enter in your name in the space provided and click next to continue.
